摘要:
提出用控制工程方法指导教学管理。高校在进行教学管理、专业和课程设置的改革时，首先应合理定位新形势下的阶段办学目标；其次要认真总结自己的办学经验，尤其要重视从教学、实践环节提取反馈信息，结合调研取经，制定专业发展方向和教学计划，走稳步发展、特色办学之路。同时注意构建教学管理闭环反馈系统，为实时调控提供动态模型，并为周期性、阶段性教学改革打下基础。
