摘要:
在总结城市规划专业教育经验的基础上，吸纳各种先进的教学理念，以美丽中国和生态文明建设为指导，强化特色，注重应用，制订科学合理而又适当超前的城乡规划专业人才培养计划，改革城乡规划专业的教学方式、手段和模式；通过加强实践环节强化学生能力培养；通过开设系列专业讲座，开阔学生视野，提高社会适应力。人才培养教学计划是总纲，师资力量是关键，必须高度重视教师队伍建设，形成一支学历结构、职称结构、梯队结构合理，实践经验丰富，品行好，素质高，业务强的教师队伍，以确保人才培养计划的顺利实施，培养高素质应用型城乡规划人才，为美丽中国建设服务。
