摘要:
分析了永磁开关磁链电机气隙磁通密度约束的特征表达式,指出其特殊的气隙磁通密度与永磁体厚度具有类似抛物线形的约束关系。同时,还得到永磁体厚度与电源频率、最大速度等之间的约束关系。通过数值分析研究,验证永磁体厚度hm变化时电机性能的变化符合上述约束关系的变化规律,并计算了样机参数,通过温度场仿真验证了永磁体的安全性能。
