摘要:
经济全球化时代，竞争的先决条件是人才的竞争，尤其是国际化创新人才的竞争。高等教育国际化，既是适应外部环境变化的客观需要，又是实现高校发展的内在需要。为此，以高等教育国际化为基础，探讨了土木工程专业创新人才培养的时代背景和价值，从协同体系、人才培养模式、“三个国际化”等方面提出了国际化创新人才培养的建设思路，并对土木工程专业“123433（4）”国际化创新人才培养综合架构体系及实践进行了总结、分析，以期为国内高校国际化创新人才培养及范式构建提供参考。
