摘要:
通过数据对比、逻辑推理等方式，对比研究中澳两国在留学生教育现状、国家政策、奖学金制度等方面的异同，分析中国留学生教育在法律保障、奖学金制度、培养层次、办学方式、区域平衡发展等方面存在的不足，并在此基础上提出了一些符合中国国情的留学生教育发展建议。
