摘要:: 利用李克特七度量表，将老年人主观幸福感的影响因素区分为个人情况、家庭生活、社会氛围及养老政策与环境层面，并设计调查问卷，针对浙江省慈溪老年大学学员进行访谈和实证。实证表明：老年人婚姻状况、退休前从事职业和目前维持生活的主要收入来源与其主观幸福感显著相关；家庭生活、社会氛围和养老政策与环境对主观幸福感呈现显著的正相关关系；家庭生活中的子女发展状况，社会氛围中的老年人际关系，以及养老政策和环境中的老年人对中国经济发展的良好预期与国内生活的喜爱程度对老年人的主观幸福感有最为密切的正相关关系。
