摘要:
学生是学风建设的主体，学风与学习之力紧密相关,学习之力也可称为学习竞争力；学习竞争力可以归纳为8个方面，即动力、定力、勤力、毅力、心力、践行力、体力、影响力；学生是学习的主体，同时，学生的学习又需要引导；评价制度对学习的引导具有不可替代的作用；现行评价制度既有合理性，又有明显缺陷，需要改革、完善。
