摘要:
调查证明，高校学风与就业有着正相关的关系，学风好的班级的毕业生往往有比较好的就业；学风是就业的基石,学生在就业中表现出来的问题，呼唤着学风建设的进一步优化；由就业倒逼出的学风建设的基本思路是要研究学习、引导学习、鼓励学习方法和方式的创新，大力推广优良学风班的经验，创新机制，严格考评。
