以浙江科技学院30年卓有成效的中德合作为例,从中德合作历史、中德合作成果、中德合作特点和中德合作未来4个方面阐述浙江科技学院中德合作30年的探索与实践，从而揭示如何通过国际合作提升学校的综合实力，强化学校的办学特色，促进高等教育的内涵式发展。
