摘要:
培养具有创新意识和创新能力的应用型人才是当前高等院校人才培养的重要任务。借鉴德国应用型人才培养模式,结合浙江科技学院的实际情况,提出“四步曲”开放型实践教学模式。进而阐述开展“四步曲”开放型实践教学活动所能够提供的硬件创新环境、制度与评价创新环境、团队创新环境,并且介绍实施“四步曲”开放型实践教学所取得的教学成果。
