摘要:
知识经济时代对当代大学生素质培养提出了新的要求和挑战，人才观也有着全新的理念和内涵。当今大学生的成才观应实现从“知识型”向“学习型”，从“职业型”向“创业型”，从“专业型”向“复合型”，从“业务型”向“人格型”等转变。实现这一人才培养目标，转变教育观念是先导，教师队伍建设是基础，深化教学改革是核心，构筑素质拓展平台是着力点，全面提升“自转”能力是落脚点。
