摘要:
结合浙江科技学院中德学院外事工作的实际，从文化维度、语言差异、思想形态等方面分析了中德跨文化差异对跨文化冲突的影响。列举了在中德学院外事工作中跨文化冲突的实例，尝试提出解决高校外事工作中跨文化冲突的策略，以提高高校国际合作的效率。
