摘要:
针对学生校企合作能力培养问题,通过中外对比,提出以实际工程教育为背景,以工程技术能力培养为主线的实践教学彩虹结构,分析了实践教学团队、项目实践、课程评价体系、薪酬反馈跟踪制度等实践教学因素的影响。基于能力驱动的多轮驱动模型,研究在校企合作模式下能力培养的驱动要素,提高学生项目申请、项目管理等工程素质和工程实践能力,实现学生能力培养、就业的无缝对接。
