摘要:
国际化、应用型人才培养是高等教育适应科学技术进步和社会经济发展，适应经济全球化趋势的必然要求。本文根据所在学校长期与德国应用科学大学合作培养具有国际化背景的高层次应用型人才的实践，分析了国际化、应用型人才的素质和能力要求，介绍了“二个二”，“三个制”和“五个重点”的人才培养模式，进而对国际合作培养具有国际化背景的高素质人才，以及加强实践教学培养高层次应用型人才作了全面的总结。
