摘要:
在网络化背景下，应正确看待网络传播和网络文化。网络传播具有两重性；网络文化具有“融合性”“快餐式”和语言的“共赏性”“低俗性”同在、文化生命的“长效性”与“短命性”并存等特点。要在利用好网络的同时，努力建设“天朗气清”的高校校园网络文化，建设“红色网站”“快乐学苑”“和谐家园”“社团汇园”“清新论坛”和“自律军团”等，用正能量充实校园网络，用先进的网络文化滋养大学生精神世界。
