摘要:
阅读作为心理治疗的一种方法有着深厚的哲学和心理学依据。从阅读目的的角度来分析，阅读疗法的哲学基础就是诠释学——把不清楚的东西弄清楚，把隐藏的东西显示出来，从而解决心理疑惑；从弗洛伊德的心理动力学、认知不协调、皮亚杰的建构结构观及自我同一性理论的角度来分析，阅读是达到心理要求、满足心理平衡的重要手段。
