摘要:
在普通高等院校中，开设学生本位体育课程模式，大学生根据自己的兴趣爱好及自身的条件进行“三选”。这种教学模式不仅能充分发挥教师的主导作用，更能满足大学生的心理需求，增强了体质，掌握了运动技能，为“终身体育”奠定了基础。学生可以根据高等院校上课时间，通过网络选择符合自己的运动项目及任课教师，网上选课采用“先选优先，选满截至”的原则。
