摘要:
多糖为铁皮石斛中的主要有效成分,高效浸出有利于其进一步利用。以水为溶剂,对影响铁皮石斛多糖提取的时间、温度及料液质量比等因素进行了优化研究,并应用苯酚硫酸法和DNS法考察了铁皮石斛提取液总糖和单糖的提取率,多糖提取率由两者之差计算得出。单因素实验和正交实验结果表明,料液质量比1∶120、浸提温度70 ℃、浸提时间90 min时提取铁皮石斛多糖效果最好,在此工艺条件下,铁皮石斛多糖提取率为55.2%。
